If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.
2Platform Services Description
Oska is an online local search engine, digital business directory, and consumer connection platform designed to facilitate:
- Discovery of local businesses, retail stores, professionals, restaurants, hotels, healthcare, and home service providers.
- Free and premium business listings, digital profiles, and catalog showcases for vendors and entrepreneurs.
- Customer reviews, ratings, enquiries, quote requests, and connection facilitation.
- B2B commerce information and related commercial verticals across India.
OSKA Ventures LLP acts solely as an intermediary and technology facilitator connecting users with independent third-party service providers and businesses.
3User Eligibility & Account Obligations
To use certain interactive features or list a business on Oska, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You agree to:
- Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and listing creation.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, or one-time passcodes (OTPs).
- Promptly notify OSKA Ventures LLP at
mail@oskaventures.comof any unauthorized use or security breach.
4Business Listing & Merchant Terms
Vendors, enterprises, and local business owners listing their establishments on the Platform represent and warrant that:
- They hold all necessary government licenses, registrations, GST certificates, and trade permits required to conduct their business.
- All listing data, operational addresses, opening timings, and pricing information submitted are genuine and not misleading.
- They have the requisite rights, copyright permissions, and intellectual property authorization to upload uploaded logos, photographs, and promotional materials.
- OSKA Ventures LLP reserves the right to review, moderate, verify, suspend, or remove any listing that violates applicable laws or community guidelines.
5Prohibited Activities & Acceptable Use
Users and visitors agree NOT to:
- Use scrapers, crawlers, automated bots, or data harvesting algorithms without prior written consent from OSKA Ventures LLP.
- Post false, defamatory, deceptive, malicious, infringing, obscene, or unlawful reviews and ratings.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our cloud infrastructure, servers, databases, or network endpoints.
- Transmit viruses, malware, trojans, ransomware, or disruptive computer code.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property, trademark, copyright, or publicity rights of OSKA Ventures LLP or any third party.
6Intellectual Property Rights
The Oska brand, logos, user interface designs, custom graphics, source code, databases, algorithms, and compilations are the proprietary intellectual property of OSKA Ventures LLP and are protected under Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property statutes. No portion of the platform may be reproduced or distributed without express written authorization.
7Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
"As Is" and "As Available" Basis
The platform and its contents are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. OSKA Ventures LLP does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely bug-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OSKA Ventures LLP, its designated partners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenues arising from your use of the platform or transactions with listed third-party businesses.
8Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any legal suit, dispute, arbitration, or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Malappuram, Kerala, India.
